They are set up to facilitate the labour market integration of jobseekers and the payment of unemployment and/or welfare benefits. The quality of their services has direct consequences for the impact of employment policies on the ground which makes PES key actors in fighting unemployment and tackling labour shortages in Europe. The aim of the contract is the provision of PES-specific expertise, methodological, operational and logistical support to the PES Network’s activities.
