Please submit your proposal of services and a statementof qualifications for the proposed services to the office of the CityAdministrator, City of Jefferson, Texas, 305 E Austin St, Jefferson, TX 75657.Proposals received after the closing time will not be accepted forconsideration and will be returned unopened. Questions regarding this Requestfor Proposals may only be directed to the City Administrator, Melissa Boyd, at mboyd@cityhallofjefferson.com . Clarification requests will not be accepted by telephone. All responsesto clarification requests will be provided to all proponents in writing byemail and publication on the City’s website. Questions pertaining to thisRequest for Proposal must be received no later than seven (7) calendar daysprior to the closing date. The scope of work may be found online at https://jeffersontexas.us or at city hall.The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firmsthat submit proposals.
