The Gulf Coast Center (“GCC”) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms or organizations with demonstrated expertise in behavioral health workforce development, organizational strategy, clinical training systems, leadership development, curriculum design, and implementation planning to design, implement, and sustain a comprehensive GCC Clinical Academy. The selected contractor will partner collaboratively with GCC leadership, operational stakeholders, and designated workforce representatives to create a scalable, sustainable, and operationally aligned Clinical Academy that advances clinical excellence, workforce readiness, leadership development, employee wellness, and consumer-centered behavioral health care across the organization. The Clinical Academy is envisioned as a flagship workforce development initiative that will serve as a centralized platform for onboarding, clinical competency development, leadership cultivation, interdisciplinary collaboration, workforce retention, and continuous quality improvement.
