The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide routine janitorial services at 1023 West Madison Street, Washington, Iowa. Services will be performed on a weekly basis, with certain tasks completed midweek and/or periodically as needed. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, cleaning supplies, and materials necessary to perform the required services, with all equipment and cleaning solutions stored off-site.
