Tender summary

The Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA) is seeking qualified consultants to interpret on-street parking enforcement data collected through the City of Beaverton's daily parking enforcement operations. The City currently uses Motorola's Vigilant Mobile License Plate Recognition (MLPR) to collect parking session information, which is the primary data source to be interpreted. Ideally, consultants would be able to establish an API with Motorola for daily data transmittal with all license plate information hashed and anonymous to any end user. Additionally, BURA and City staff would be able to review interpreted data daily, through on online web application.
