Tender summary

Background: Hurricane Melissa caused damage to sanitation facilities, plumbing systems, and associated infrastructure, reducing the functionality and safety of WASH services in public schools in Jamaica. UNICEF Jamaica, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Skills, Youth and Information (MOESYI), is implementing targeted WASH rehabilitation works at in 11 Schools as part of the Hurricane Melissa Recovery efforts. Objective: To engage a qualified contractor to rehabilitate and improve WASH facilities in 11 schools in strict accordance with the Bills of Quantities, technical specifications and applicable Jamaican standards. Submission: Bidders shall submit their Technical and Financial Proposals as separate documents, along with the required attachments, in PDF format only via email to jam-procurement@unicef.org on or before 23:55 PM on June 24, 2026, Kingston, Jamaica time. Please note that no physical submissions will be accepted at the office. 1. Technical Proposals should be submitted titled "[CompanyName]_Technical Proposal WASH_11" 2.
