Public Meeting Notices and Meeting Agendas: Notice of the public meetings scheduled for this solicitation is provided in the timeline of the attached solicitation, with agendas for the public meetings. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit will be held at the date, time and location in the Timeline. The purpose of this meeting is to provide an open forum for the Department to review the Scope of Services and respond to questions from potential vendors regarding the scope of services, ITB requirements, contractual requirements, and other conditions or requirements that may, in any manner, affect the work to be performed. Any changes and/or resulting Addenda to the ITB will be the sole prerogative of the Department. Attendance at this Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit is MANDATORY . Failure by a vendor to arrive timely, attend or be represented at this pre-bid conference will constitute a non-responsive determination of their bid package. Bids found to be non-responsive will not be considered. MFMP Transaction Fee: All payment(s) to the vendor resulting from this competitive solicitation WILL be subject to the MFMP Transaction Fee unless the transaction is exempt from the Transaction Fee pursuant to Rule 60A-1.032, Florida Administrative Code.
