Tender summary

The Scope of Work for this project is to provide construction engineering, inspection, and project management services on the Beulah Road Realignment project. This solicitation is not for construction. The construction solicitation will be bid at a later date. This project involves two components with the second being an alternate bid item. The first is the rehabilitation of 1.4 Miles of Beulah Road including full depth pavement asphalt, turn lane widening, shoulder addition, and ditch reconstruction. A detour will be constructed to add 5-60” pipes under Beulah Road. These pipes will be utilized by the adjacent landfill at a later date. Additionally, ½ mile of Kingsfield Road will be constructed with the intersection of Kingfield Road and Beulah Road being converted into a merge lane. The Alternative Bid Component of this project consists of rehabilitating 0.5 Miles of Beulah Road south of I-10. No widening or shoulder addition is included in this section of roadway.
