Provision of Carwash Services for UNSOH Fleet in Port-au-Prince, Haiti

Tender summary

The United Nations Support Office in Haiti (UNSOH) intends to solicit Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors for the provision of carwash and cleaning services for its vehicle fleet located in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The requirement covers approximately 129 vehicles, including light vehicles, trucks, ambulances, minibuses, and armored vehicles. The services will be required for an initial period of one (1) year at the sole discretion of the united nation, subject to satisfactory performance, availability of funds, and extension of mandate. UNSOH anticipates approximately one wash per vehicle per week, equivalent to around 516 washes per month. Services shall include: Exterior washing Interior cleaning (vacuuming, seats, carpets, glass, etc.) Engine bay cleaning (where required) Wheel cleaning and drying All services must be carried out at the contractor’s premises located within proximity of UNSOH HQ in Port-au-Prince. Specific Requirements/Information Interested vendors should demonstrate the following: Operational Capacity Ability to clean a minimum of three (3) vehicles simultaneously Facilities located in a UN-approved secure (green zone) area Workshop within 10 km radius of UNSOH HQ Infrastructure & Equipment Backup water storage capacity (minimum 5,000 liters) Backup power supply (generator) High-pressure washing equipment and vacuum machines Personnel Minimum of 4 dedicated staff Designated Contract Manager fluent in English and/or French Compliance & Documentation Valid registration to operate in Haiti (minimum 3 years) At least three (3) references for similar services Compliance with national labor and environmental laws Valid insurance coverage for vehicles during servicing Service Conditions Services provided Monday to Saturday (07:30–18:00) Priority handling of armored and VIP vehicles Monthly service records and reporting required Performance Monitoring Work will be evaluated against KPIs including: Adherence to schedule Cleaning quality standards Timeliness of service delivery
