Dear Bidders, The World Health Organization (WHO) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the WHO General Terms and Conditions and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). To enable you to submit a bid, please read the following attached documents carefully. Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a bid or not, no later than Monday, June 15, 2026 2. Please submit any requests for clarification no later than. Monday, June 8, 2026 3. Please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this ITB and submit it no later than Wednesday, June 24, 2026 All WHO vendors are required to comply with the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct. We encourage all Proposers to join the United Nations Global Compact and support the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEP). For guidance on how to register as a supplier in UNGM and use WHO’s e-tendering system, please refer to the following resources: Instructions on how to register with WHO and access WHO tenders , UNGM Help Center and UNGM/In-Tend support.
