HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Generator maintenance, testing and repair services for the Texas Center for Infectious Disease. HHSC will conduct a mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on the date and time established in subsequent Addenda. The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility. Attendance at one site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response. Location for On-Site Visit: Texas Center for Disease Control 2303 SE Military Dr., San Antonio, TX 78223 Onsite contact: Julian.Hernandez@dshs.texas.gov Bidders must notify the on-site contact listed above regarding attendance. Site Visit Instructions: Upon arrival to facility, vendors must sign in at the Guardhouse. A security officer will direct attendees to a designated parking lot where a member of the maintenance team will meet them at the scheduled time of the site visit and escort them to the areas needed.
