Tender summary
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency administers, operates and develops properties, buildings and sites for the Norwegian Defence. This also includes rock installations, tunnels, rock rooms, rock cuttings and landslides. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency access to qualified and experienced tenderers for implementing rock protection measures and clearing rock. The framework agreement includes planned and acute measures within rock protection, including manual and mechanical clearing, securing work in steep terrain, assembly of bolts, the network and other safety measures, as well as the accompanying work. The agreement shall ensure quick mobilisation as needed, especially in events that could jeopardise life, health or damage to material and structures. The framework agreement will be nationwide. The framework agreement will be valid for 3 (three) years, with an option for an extension for a further 2 (two) times for 2(2) + 2 (three) years. The framework agreement includes i.a. rock protection planned and acute assignments within: FjellrenskFjellsikring and rock fall protection Tunnel protection and rock reinforcement Inspection and condition assessment Renovation of the existing safety stand-by in the event of landslides and acute events, execution of production basis such as work drawings etc.
