Las presentes Bases tienen por objeto reglamentar la contratación de la ejecución del proyecto: PLAN DE GESTIÓN DE OBRAS, PGO 1 “CIRCUTO DE LOS JARDINES BARRIO SARGENTO SEGUNDO DANIEL REBOLLEDO”, COMUNA DE TALCA. 2do llamado. La descripción general del Proyecto se encuentra detallada en las Especificaciones Técnicas correspondientes. La licitación se regirá estrictamente por lo estipulado en los antecedentes de la misma, la Ley General de Urbanismo y Construcciones y su OGUC, las Normas del Instituto Nacional de Normalización (INN), el plan Regulador Comunal Vigente, y cualquier reglamento y/o normativa vigente de otro servicio que sea atingente a la obra.
