Con la finalidad de otorgar oportunamente las prestaciones de salud, que le corresponde ejecutar al Hospital Luis Calvo Mackenna, y en consideración a que éstas no pueden otorgarse eficientemente con el recurso humano con que cuenta el establecimiento, se hace necesario contratar los servicios de horas médicos, profesionales, técnicos y auxiliares para las áreas clínicas, de apoyo clínico y asistencial de la salud, como para las áreas administrativas, los que se ejecutarán en las dependencias del HOSPITAL SERVICIOS CLÍNICOS DE HORAS PROFESIONALES, TÉCNICOS Y AUXILIARES PARA LOS CR.
