La présente consultation a pour objet une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réhabilitation de la résidence sis 38 quai Arloing à Lyon 9ème. Une note de présentation et le programme de l'opération sont joints au dossier de consultation. L'appel à candidature est ouvert à toute équipe présentant les compétences suivantes: -Architecte (mandataire) -BET fluides / thermique / environnement -BET structure -Économie de la construction -Ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination de chantier (OPC). Il sera attribué un marché à prix global et forfaitaire révisables confié à une entreprise unique ou à un groupement.
