Response: Unforeseen can be addressed by change order if needed. 14. Regarding the replacement of the concrete service court, can the VA provide a detail for the "joint prior to scissor lift"? Specifically, does this require a standard expansion joint, or should the new concrete be doweled into the existing pad supporting the scissor lift? Response: No detail. Expansion Joint 15. This will be evaluated to determine if they have the appropriate technical training and or previous construction experience to meet the technical requirements of a project of this nature.
