Tender summary
The overarching objective of UNHCR Italy’s Digital Strategy is to increase digital revenue year after year by growing a digital community of supporters. This includes members of the public who engage with UNHCR by signing petitions, subscribing to newsletters, interacting on social media, or donating, and for whom UNHCR Italy holds at least one piece of personal information in its database. The aim is to foster deeper engagement in UNHCR’s campaigns and progressively convert supporters into donors. To reach the above mentioned ambitious digital goals, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), PSP Italy needs high-quality Digital materials aiming at strengthening creative and concept development, by producing attention-getting contents, optimizing messages, copywriting and propositions with the final goal of improving performances in terms of brand awareness, fundraising and increase audiences’ engagement. The Terms of Reference (TORS) are detailed in Annex A of this RFP. Please use the ToR to structure your technical proposal and make sure to include all requested information in your proposal, with special attention for the technical evaluation criteria stipulated in the ToR. The proposed frame agreement is for two (2) years, tentatively starting from September 2026, with possible extension of further period of three (3) times twelve (12) months; in total a 5-year agreement (2+1+1+1), subject to satisfactory services.
