OPA require the filtering/polishing of the F76 that has failed the filter blocking tendency (FBT) tests. Our requirement is to restore the F76 to our required specification. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
