Tender summary

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of Department of Enterprise Asset Management (DEAM), will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of a third-party property management services for City Plaza, a City-owned mixed-use development. Interested vendors during the prequalification phase will be evaluated on whether they meet the minimum technical, managerial, financial and compliance requirements necessary to manage a mixed-use facility. The City's expectation is that the selected vendor will assume responsibility of tenant relations, lease administration, financial reporting, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide more details and address questions. Hope to see you there.
