La presente licitación tiene por finalidad proveer de un Sistema de Gestión Documental a la Municipalidad de Maipú, en conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley N° 18.695, Orgánica Constitucional de Municipalidades, Ley 19.880, sobre Bases que rigen los procedimientos Administrativos, Ley 19.799, sobre Documentos Electrónicos, Firma electrónica y Servicios de Certificación de dicha firma y su Reglamento y lo indicado en la Ley N°21.180, Transformación digital del Estado , Ley N° 19.886 y Reglamento, así como lo dispuesto en jurisprudencia de la Contraloría General de la República, sobre generación y documentación electrónica. Todo lo anterior en virtud de lo dispuesto en las presentes Bases Administrativas, las Bases Técnicas y todos sus anexos. SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DOCUMENTAL Y COMPLEMENTOS, SEGÚN BASES ADJUNTAS
