El objeto de la presente licitación es la contratación del servicio de diseño del proyecto de arquitectura, que comprende la elaboración del anteproyecto y del proyecto definitivo del CONSTRUCCIÓN CENTRO COMUNITARIO TRAYEN TRAWUN LOCALIDAD DE HUALPIN, TEODORO SCHMIDT, de acuerdo con los Términos de Referencia contenidos en las bases de licitación. El servicio comprende, entre otros, las siguientes actividades: 1. Levantamiento de información preliminar y diagnóstico. 2. Consulta ciudadana en relación al diseño. 3. Elaboración de anteproyecto arquitectónico. 4. Desarrollo de proyecto definitivo con planos arquitectura, planos especialidades, memorias y especificaciones técnicas. 5. Previa revisión y aprobación por revisores independientes del área de arquitectura e ingeniería. 6. Entrega de documentación en formato papel y formato digital editable. 7.
