Summary

This project will construct a campus security fence surrounding the Vancouver VA Medical Center campus. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials, and perform work for 648-20-121 Construct Campus Security Fence and Access Control (Vancouver) as required by drawings and specifications. For all requirements, see the specifications, drawings, and contract documents. Amendment 01 update the Proposal due date to 5-29-2026 @16:00PM PDT Amendment 02 post the sign in sheet for the site visit conducted on 5-5-26. Amendment 03 to add RFO Clause 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractor to the solicitation. Amendment 04  to extend the Proposal Due Date to 06-12-2026 at 1600PDT, to remove language from the solicitation, to add Responses to RFI's and to include attachments 7-14. ***Notice Read Below Certain attachments associated with this solicitation contain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) information. Attachments associated with this solicitation contain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Interested vendors must request access through Sam.gov under this solicitation notice.
