Category of fire and rescue vehicles (according to DSTU EN 1846-1:2025) - rural (2) (fire vehicle capable of moving on all roads and having limited ability to move off-road) or all-terrain (3). 2. Conformity Fire and rescue vehicles shall comply with the requirements set out in: DSTU EN 1846-1:2025 (EN 1846-1:2011, IDT) Fire and rescue vehicles. Part 1. Safety and performance (or DSTU EN 1846-2:2014 Firefighting equipment. Fire and rescue vehicles. Part 2. General requirements. Safety and performance (EN 1846-2:2009+A1:2013, IDT)); DSTU EN 1846-3:2018 (EN 1846-3:2013, IDT) Fire-fighting and rescue vehicles. Part 3. Fixed equipment. Safety and performance characteristics (or DSTU EN 1846-3:2014 Fire-fighting and rescue vehicles. Part 3. Fixed equipment. Safety requirements and quality indicators (EN 1846-3:2013, IDT)); other regulatory documents necessary for the application of the above standards. Fire-fighting and rescue vehicles must be manufactured to operate at ambient temperatures of at least -25 °C to +45 °C. If it is possible to operate fire-fighting and rescue vehicles outside this range, additional measures must be applied. Details in ANNEX 3 to the tender documentation.
