Tender summary
Gatesville ISD is soliciting proposals from qualified fire alarm contractorsto provide all labor, materials, equipment, programming, testing, andcommissioning required for the installation of a new fire alarm and voiceevacuation system at the Primary Campus. The campus currently does not have anexisting fire alarm system. The proposed system shall be a fully addressable,code-compliant fire alarm system with voice evacuation capabilities designed inaccordance with all applicable NFPA standards, local codes, and AuthorityHaving Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements. Contractors may propose manufacturersand system components of their choosing that meet project requirements andindustry standards. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, fire alarm controlpanels, remote annunciators, initiating devices, notification appliances, voiceevacuation components, wiring, programming, testing, training, and finaldocumentation. Bidders shall include all necessary labor and materials for acomplete and operational system.
