Assignment: Creation of Mother & Baby Care and Breast-feeding Rooms in 3 Primary Health Care Centers (PHCs) – Deir AlBalah, AlSalam & Nusseirate, Gaza Strip. Scope of Works (summary): Establish an external outdoor room for mother and baby care at Deir Al-Balah PHC (corrugated steel sheets, internally clad). Provide covering for the outdoor shed at Al-Salam PHC to facilitate nutrition services (tarpaulin – to be transported by contractor from UNICEF warehouse). Construct mother and baby care rooms at Nuseirat and Bureij PHCs using steel structure, covered with tarpaulin supplied by UNICEF. The scope includes all direct and indirect works, materials, labor, removal/relocation of obstacles, reinstatement of damage, and all necessary expenses for completion as per the attached Bill of Quantity (Annex B) and Statement of Works.
