Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan osallistumishakemuksen Mehtimäen uuden uimahallin päätoteuttajan hankintaan, joka toteutetaan yhteistoiminnallisena KVR-urakkana. Tässä kilpailullisen neuvottelumenettelyn ensimmäisessä vaiheessa pyydämme hankinnasta kiinnostuneita tarjoajia lähettämään osallistumishakemuksen, jonka perusteella valitaan neuvotteluihin osallistujat. Osallistumishakemus on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen.
