El Hospital Clínico Herminda Martín de Chillán llama a Licitación Pública a través del Portal Mercado Público para la contratación del “Convenio Servicio de Sala Cuna”, debido a la necesidad de contar con este servicio para dar cumplimiento al beneficio irrenunciable establecido en el artículo 203 del Código del Trabajo, el cual señala que toda empresa en que trabajen veinte o más mujeres debe garantizar este derecho. La presente licitación tiene por objetivo asegurar la prestación oportuna y continua del servicio de sala cuna para los hijos e hijas de los funcionarios beneficiarios del establecimiento, obteniendo condiciones de calidad y una oferta económicamente conveniente para la institución. Servicio de sala cuna. Presupuesto Referencial $52.404.255. Ofertar según Anexo N°3: oferta económica.
