Summary

UNESCO Iraq Office invites eligible companies to submit bids for the Construction of Bashtabya Castle Public Park in Mosul, Iraq, under the "Reviving the Spirit of Mosul and Basra Old Cities" programme, funded by the European Union. The works include, but are not limited to: Site preparation and earthworks (clearing, excavation, backfilling, subbase) Demolition of deteriorated elements and rubble removal Structural reinforced concrete works (foundations, slabs, beams, parapets) Stone and concrete masonry (limestone retaining walls, blockwork, embankment walls) Architectural finishing works (plastering, tiling, painting, coping) Landscape works Electrical works Mechanical and plumbing works Site mobilization and supervision office provision The scope encompasses landscape, civil, structural, electrical, irrigation, and architectural works for the development of a public park immediately adjacent to the historic Bashtabya Castle. All works shall be executed in conformity with approved drawings, Bills of Quantities, Quality Control Plan, and UNESCO's technical specifications. Contract Duration: Eight (8) calendar months from the date of Notice to Proceed. Contract Currency: Iraqi Dinar (IQD)
