Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: [The external collaborator / consultant will conduct on Employment Diagnostic Analysis (EDA) for Lesotho. The analysis will be conducted in line with the ILO’s Principles for Employment Diagnostics. However, taking into account the country context, the consultant may also draw on other relevant the approaches by other Agencies.
