Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will support the revision and pilot implementation of the Equality-Driven and Care-Supportive Workplace Model under the ILO Care@Work Project in Türkiye. The assignment includes aligning the Model with relevant international labour standards; integrating strengthened care-supportive and disability-inclusive dimensions; revising practical tools and training materials; delivering training and technical workshops to pilot enterprises; supporting baseline assessments and preparation of Equality Development Plans; providing technical backstopping; and conducting endline assessments and documentation.
