Specific Procurement Notice Request for Bids Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process) West Bank and Gaza Ministry of Social Development Social Protection Enhancement Project (SPEP II) - TF0C7385 Supply of IT Equipment for MOSD HQ and Branches to Strengthen Social Registry and Case Management (SR&CM) Systems Grant No. TF0C7385 Reference No.: GZ-MOSD-481487-GO-RFB The Palestinian Liberation Organization has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Social Protection Enhancement Project (SPEP II) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Supply of IT Equipment for MOSD HQ and Branches to Strengthen Social Registry and Case Management (SR&CM) Systems. The Ministry of Social Development (MoSD) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of IT Equipment for MOSD HQ and Branches to Strengthen Social Registry and Case Management (SR&CM) Systems. The bid is comprised of the following Two Lots: Lot No. (1): Supply of Laptops; PCs; and Tablets Ref. No.: GZ-MOSD-481487-GO-RFB - A Lot No. (2): Supply of Backup system (NAS); and Firewalls Ref. No.: GZ-MOSD-481487 -GO-RFB -B Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the request for bids document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so; provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Social Development (MOSD)- Eng. Wedad Malak– SPEP/Procurement Specialist-Mobile: +970 598725251 , and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 am to 03:00 pm (from Sunday to Thursday) at the address given below 6. A complete set of bidding document in English may be collected by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application for free to the address below. The Bidding Documents will be available at Ministry of Social Development Headquarter. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on June 0 7 , 2026 , Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on June 0 7 , 2026 @ 12:00 noon. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 6,000 USD for Lot (1); and 6,000 USD for Lot (2). The bid security should be valid until 02 / 10/2026 (118 days after the bid submission deadline date) for each lot. 9. Grant is VAT included bidders to price with VAT. 10.
