The proposed system should provide a modern, reliable, GOVCLOUD-based, and integrated public safety dispatch platform capable of supporting the operational needs of White County 911 Communications, reducing redundant data entry, improving access to critical public safety information, and supporting efficient dispatch operations. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. The meeting will be held in person at White County Public Safety Headquarters, 1241 Helen Highway, Ste. 100, Cleveland, Georgia 30528. Sealed proposals will be received by the White County Board of Commissioners Finance Department, 1235 Helen Highway, Cleveland, Georgia 30528, until 5:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, on Friday, June 26, 2026. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned.
