Tender summary
Brief description of goods or services anticipated for this solicitation. The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Public Works- Office of Fleet Services will shortly undergo a Multi-Step competitive Sealed Bid process comprised of a pre-qualification phase, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of a qualified and experienced firm to perform a comprehensive physical inventory and reconciliation of approximately 6,500-7,000 City-owned fleet assets to address discrepancies between departmental records and actual asset conditions. Interested vendors during the prequalification phase will be evaluated to determine whether they meet the minimum requirements including experience, capacity, and staffing necessary to perform large-scale fleet inventory service. The City's expectation is that the selected vendor will assume responsibility to obtain an accurate, audit-ready fleet inventory with verified asset data, reconciled records across departments, and actionable reporting to improve fleet management, accountability, and long-term planning. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide more details and address questions. Hope to see you there.
