Tender summary
The City of Lakeland is seeking a qualified design-build firm to design and construct entrance modifications and supporting infrastructure for the implementation of a Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) within the Economy Parking Lot at Lakeland Linder International Airport. The project includes, but is not limited to, one (1) entry lane and one (1) exit lane, electrical, communications, and associated site modifications required to support owner-furnished PARCS equipment. The PARCS equipment, including kiosks and related system components, will be procured separately by the Airport through its existing parking system vendor, The Car Park, LLC. The selected firm/contractor shall coordinate with and support the installation and integration of this equipment, ensuring full system compatibility and operational continuity.
