Introduction Country: Kyrgyzstan Description of the Assignment: The primary objective of NC11 is to provide the analytical, diagnostic, costing, and monitoring foundations that underpin the PFM Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic - ensuring that the Strategy is evidence-based, financially grounded, quantitatively rigorous, and equipped with a robust monitoring and evaluation framework that enables the Ministry of Finance to track reform progress and conduct future evaluations. NC 11 works under the guidance of IC 4 and in coordination with NC 10. Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 24 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
