The City of Goldsboro invites proposals from qualified general contractors having sufficient experience in the design and construction of inclusive playground systems in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) to design and construct a playground at South End Park, 1900 S Slocumb St, Goldsboro, NC 27530. Bid Submission Deadline & Contact Information Firms that are interested in providing the required goods and services to the City of Goldsboro Parks and Recreation department are invited to submit a proposal electronically on the project link of the City bidding website. Submission Deadline: June 18, 2026, by 2:00pm. This is NOT a public bid opening. Each firm is solely responsible for the timely delivery of its electronic proposal. Proposals will not be accepted after the submission deadline. Firms accept all risks of late delivery regardless of fault. City of Goldsboro reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
