NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Beaufort County, South Carolina is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide professional design services for the development of a new Sheriff’s Office Bloodhound Kennel Facility. The selected firm will provide architectural and engineering (A/E) design services . Construction will be procured separately by the County. Important: This RFQ is for design services only . Construction and design-build services are not included in this solicitation. 2. PROJECT OVERVIEW The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office currently operates bloodhound kennels located at a former Animal Shelter site. These facilities are obsolete, unsuitable for continued use, and must be replaced. The existing site is also required for future County use.
