Required Services 1. International Fine Art Freight The International Fine Art Freight requirements can include but are not limited to: • Door-to-door fine art freight services across one or multiple international countries • Object packing and crating services that meet international shipping standards and are appropriate for the transportation of fine art objects and/or exhibitions • International freight management services, including: o Handling import/export documentation, fees and services, terminal fees o Providing advice on additional specifications for international ports, airports, stations and other facilities, including all customs and quarantine requirements o Providing vehicle, shipping, and air freight load plans in advance of movements o Managing and facilitating any other international freight processes, fees and charges associated with the Customer’s freight requirements o Supervising the consignment during loading, transhipping and unloading, including airside and tarmac operations, and palletisation and de-palletisation o Communication, including via virtual courier instant messaging channels, with the Customer, its partners and venues, and relevant sub-contractors, during freight movements and to coordinate consignment delivery and uplift timing o Regular progress reports on consignment movements and immediate notification of any incidents o Manage and facilitate the travel of couriers, if required • Enclosed road fleet vehicles with appropriate preservation and security conditions, including: o Freight/payload areas with climate and humidity control, air ride suspension, high levels of cleanliness, tailgate lifters, and suitable equipment to load and unload o Security features and protocols to protect high value/sensitive objects from theft, mishandling, or other damage • Access for Customer staff or Customer service providers and professionals engaged by the Customer to access and inspect specified crates and objects in storage • Assist with sourcing options for freezer treatment for pest infestation risk, if required • Provide personnel with experience in driving, handling and transporting fine art objects and/or exhibitions 2.
