Registration with United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) minimum basic level registered. 2. Business license to operate in Afghanistant for the provision of leased line services. 3. Minimum 3 years of previous experience providing Leased line/Internet services within Kabul. Non-compliance to the above mentioned criteria will result in disqualification of the bidder from participating in the bidding exercise. Closing date for the receipt of EOI response is Monday, 03 June 2026. Note: UNAMA Procurement Unit encourages vendors /organizations of persons with disabilities to express interest in this requirement.
