The United States Consulate in Frankfurt requires new vehicles: 1 x New Passenger Vehicle (station wagon) for 5 passengers , including the driver, with German specifications to be delivered to Frankfurt am Main, Germany within a reasonable period. The price quoted in the bid must include delivery and VAT as follows: DDP – Delivered Duty Paid: The seller is responsible for the entire shipment, including customs clearance and fees [if delivered outside of Germany] and delivering the goods to the buyer’s premises in Frankfurt. Offers within Germany must contain a VAT of 19%. Offers from outside of Germany but within the EU must contain the VAT at the country’s fixed percentage.
