The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (hereinafter, “Department”), on behalf of Roanoke Island Festival Park (hereinafter, “Park”), requires a qualified Vendor to provide janitorial service for Roanoke Island Festival Park’s buildings and restrooms. Roanoke Island Festival Park is a 27-acre living history and cultural heritage site located in Manteo on Roanoke Island. Visitors can explore life as it was for the first English settlers in 1585. There are costumed interpreters that demonstrate pioneer life, bring a full-size replica of the Elizabeth II ship, and many interactive exhibits that offer hands-on experiences for all ages.
