General Madison County is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to engineering firms experienced in upgrading an existing wastewater treatment plant for Madison County. The project includes equipment upgrades at the existing wastewater treatment plant located along US-29 and a 1.7-mile (9,000 linear feet) sewer line extension from the facility to a new discharge location.
