Tender summary

The Individual Contractor shall provide technical and legal inputs to support, in the context of the WIPO Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Co-administration Program, the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital solutions for the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center’s (WIPO AMC) ADR services, including case management databases, e-filing systems, online user facilities, and virtual hearing platforms. In addition, the Individual Contractor shall support Intellectual Property and Copyright Offices in the implementation of ADR frameworks by providing technical assistance in the development of rules and guidelines, as well as in the deployment and customization of online case administration tools, thereby facilitating efficient dispute administration and the effective use of online ADR mechanisms. The Individual Contractor shall provide advisory and analytical services through the delivery of clearly defined, time-bound outputs. The Individual Contractor shall be based at the WIPO AMC in Geneva.
