Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. The overall purpose of this assignment is to strengthen the capacity of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan to prevent and address violence and harassment in the world of work through trade union strategies in line with ILO Convention No. 190. Specifically, the assignment aims to: • Enhance trade union members’ knowledge and practical skills on C190 and its application and reporting; • Support the development of internal trade union policies and tools by the Federation or relevant sectoral trade unions affiliated to the Federation; • Strengthen the capacity of the federation and affiliated trade unions on strategic planning for long-term positioning; • Promote integration of violence and harassment prevention measures into collective bargaining agreements; • Follow up gender equality related initiatives, including UN Spotlight 2.0.
