Tender summary
The Office of Investment Management (OIM) of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) is seeking information on corporate actions platform solutions that can support the automation and end-to-end management of corporate actions processing. The platform is expected to integrate with existing OIM systems, including transactional databases and custody, to enhance data accuracy, streamline entitlement processing, enable SWIFT-based communication with custodians, and ensure timely availability of information for election decision-making. Information on UNJSPF https://www.unjspf.org/ and OIM investment information is available at https://www.unjspf.org/the-fund/how-we-invest/ Scope of Services needed under the Corporate action solution: The Service Provider shall deliver a comprehensive corporate actions platform solution supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions processing, covering the following components: • Enhanced flexibility account notification preferences for portfolio managers providing clear notifications and a user-friendly platform. • Corporate Action Data Availability for Investment Decision: Access to validated and up-to-date corporate actions data, helping portfolio managers reduce risks associated with poor data quality and delayed information while supporting informed investment decisions. • Corporate Actions Event Management and Data Processing: Accurate and validated corporate actions data with centralized event management and notifications. • Entitlements Processing and Election Management: Automated entitlements processing and support for voluntary and mandatory events, including election workflows and decision support. • Systems Integration and Connectivity: Seamless integration with Bloomberg AIM, Northern Trust custody, and support for SWIFT-based messaging and straight-through processing. • Reconciliation and Exception Management: Automated reconciliation, configurable rules, and exception reporting through dashboards and alerts. • Workflow Automation and Operational Efficiency: End-to-end automation of processing activities to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency. • Reporting, Analytics, and Decision Support: Provision of KPI dashboards, operational reporting, and analytics to support decision-making and oversight. • User Access, Notifications, and Client Support: Secure system access, configurable notifications, and ongoing client support. • Scalability and Future-Ready Capabilities: A scalable, configurable platform designed to support growth, operational resilience, and evolving business requirements UNJSPF is looking for market information on the product and service provider who are capable of providing the solution covering the services stipulated above. Potential and interested service providers are requested to send the following information: 1. I nformation of Service Provider- Name of the company, Address, focal point (Name, email, phone), Company background information, corporate structure, areas of work, number of years in buisness, functional and product protfolio and other relevant information. 2. Product and solution information- capabilities, features, solutions available, clients, client support model , after sales services, implementation approach and all other pertinent information. 3.
