Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka výpočetního serveru pro datově a výpočetně náročné analýzy, který bude určený zejm. pro analýzy rozsáhlých dat v oblasti genomiky, transkriptomiky, proteomiky a strukturální biologie a aplikace metod umělé inteligence. Server umožní efektivní běh algoritmů pro celogenomové sestavování (de novo assembly), mapování sekvenačních čtení, volání variant, rekonstrukci genových sítí, analýzu exprese a transkriptomu, zpracování velkých proteomických datasetů či deep learningové modelování (např. predikce struktur, klasifikace vzorců z mikroskopie). Dále pak analýzu obrazových dat z konfokálních mikroskopů nebo AI nástroje pro automatizované rozpoznávání struktur a predikci funkce biomolekul.
