UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) wishes to invite a proposal for “Assessment, Design, and Implementation of “Two (2) Community Day-Care Centers at Government Primary Schools” under joint Gazipur City Corporation and UNICEF’s ECCD programme implementation for providing equitable access to quality and affordable child care services for 0-4 year old children of Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector, in Gazipur City Corporation (GCC) Zone-6 and Zone-7”. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. Request for Proposal United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the abovementioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein. 2. Proposals can be sent in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten (10) megabytes per e-mail. Technical Proposal and Price Proposal must be sent as separate files and clearly indicated in the file name; e.g. 920XXXX Technical Proposal.pdf; 920XXXX Price Proposal.pdf. No price information should be provided in the Technical Proposal. Financial Proposal should also be attached as Excel sheet. Price proposals (both excel and pdf) should be password protected .
