Urakka koskee Kiertokapula Oy:n toiminta-alueen biojätteiden vastaanottoa, käsittelyä ja hyödyntämistä tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Tarjouspyynnössä toiminta-alue on jaettu kolmeen urakka-alueeseen: Alue A: Hattula, Hämeenlinna, Janakkala, Valkeakoski Alue B: Hausjärvi, Hyvinkää, Loppi, Mäntsälä, Riihimäki Alue C: Järvenpää, Kerava, Nurmijärvi, Tuusula Biojätteiden käsittelystä on mahdollista tehdä myös kokonaisurakkatarjous (D), jossa tarjous jätetään alueiden A-C urakoista kokonaisuudessaan. Kiertokapula Oy vastaa biojätteiden kuljetuksesta käsittelylaitokselle/-laitoksille. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee tehdä suomen kielellä.
