Tender summary

The Forward Digital Mena Organization has recieved financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Digital Skilling for Employment (DSE) project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the support of Forward MENA outreach, learner engagement, and learning platform operations, with a strong focus on university students and young learners. Reporting to the Growth & Project Manager, the role is responsible for following up with students, conducting information sessions, supporting on-campus and online engagement activities, and contributing to the maintenance and improvement of Forward MENA’s learning platform and catalogue. The Training Coordinator plays a key learner-facing and coordination role, ensuring students are informed, engaged, supported throughout their learning journey, and connected to relevant learning opportunities, Over the period of up to 20 (twenty) months, ensuring full consistency with the TOR. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be obtained by sending a request by email to: Michelle@forwardmena.org Forward Mena now invites eligible individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services (attach curriculum vitae with description of experience in similar assignments, similar conditions, etc.). Firms’ staff may express interest through the employing firm for the assignment and, under such situation, only the experience and qualifications of individuals shall be considered in the selection process. The criteria for selecting the Consultant are: Job Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, Digital Skills, IT, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination, education programs, or student engagement. • Good command of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online platforms with basic ability to support users in navigating learning management systems (LMS) and troubleshooting common technical issues. • Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus. Job Skills • Strong communication and follow-up skills. • Organized and detail-oriented. • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. • High energy, strong work ethic, and commitment to Forward MENA’s mission and values. • Ability to work independently and with a team. • Flexibility to participate in on-campus and online activities.
