The City of Forest Park is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive pavement condition assessment of the City’s roadway network and develop a pavement management plan. The project will evaluate the condition of paved public roadways, establish a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) or equivalent rating system , and provide strategic recommendations to assist the City in prioritizing roadway maintenance, rehabilitation, and reconstruction activities. The Contractor shall develop a data-driven resurfacing and maintenance plan aligned with available and projected funding to: Evaluate the current condition of the City’s roadway network Establish a standardized Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Provide a prioritized, budget-based resurfacing and maintenance plan Support long-term capital improvement planning with Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG) funding The City intends to utilize the results of this study to support long-term infrastructure planning, capital improvement programming, and funding opportunities including Georgia Department of Transportation Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG) programs or similar state or federal funding sources.
